Connect to your Nero gateway from your browser, whether you are at home or anywhere in the world.
Support for voice assistants, including Amazon’s Alexa, Google Home, and Apple’s Siri is possible via the Smart Voice plugin, available from https://smartvoice.com.au
All Environexus products come with a 12 month warranty. If you are having issues with your devices and have following the troubleshooting steps then you will need to get in touch with your point of purchase to start the warranty process.
Will Nexus devices work with Nero?
Yes! Your Nero gateway can adopt your existing Nexus devices. Find out more about this process on our Help Centre.
What do the LEDs mean?
The LEDs on your Nero gateway indicate the state of several of the gateways functions. For more information about them refer to your Help Centre.
How do I enable support connections?
It’s generally much easier for us to help you when we can connect to your system. You can enable tech support access easily!
To enable tech support:
Go to Setup then Customer Case and click Enable at the bottom of the screen and copy the code that is generated into your request.
